Terms of service

1. About these terms

This service is provided by Tun Wan Digital. In these terms, “we” means Tun Wan Digital and “you” means the business owner using our service. By approving a draft or making a payment, you agree to these terms. The version that applies is the one published on this page on the date you approve your draft.

2. The service

The Business Website package is a one-page website for your business, priced at RM300. What the package includes is listed on the Pricing page on the date you approve your draft. Work outside the package, such as a multi-page site or an online shop, receives a written quote before work begins.

3. Draft and approval

We prepare the first draft within 48 hours of receiving complete details. If details or photos are missing, this period starts when everything has arrived.

With the Express draft add-on, the first draft is ready within 24 hours of complete details, weekends included.

You do not pay to see the draft. If you decide not to go ahead, or do not reply within 30 days, nothing is charged and the draft is deleted.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit.
• Full payment is made after you approve the draft and before the site goes live on your domain. There is no deposit.
• Payment is by bank transfer or DuitNow. A receipt is issued for every payment.
• The price agreed for your project does not change after the draft is approved.
• Add-on prices, such as an extra page or a .com.my domain, are as listed under Add-ons on the Pricing page, and are agreed before work begins.

5. Changes

The package price includes one round of changes after the first draft. One round means one list of changes sent together, which we complete as one update.

• Mistakes on our side, such as a typo or details that do not match what you gave us, are fixed free of charge at any time.
• Each extra round of changes costs RM50.
• Major changes, such as a new concept or a completely different layout, are quoted first.

6. Launch

A project is complete when the site goes live on your domain. Changes after that are made through the yearly plan or, for major changes, a new quote.

7. Domain and hosting

The package price includes a .com domain and hosting for the first year. The domain is registered in your name or your business’s name, and we manage it on your behalf. .com.my and .my domains require your business registration documents and carry an extra charge, as listed under Add-ons.

8. Yearly plan

From the second year, your site continues on a yearly plan of RM150 a year. The plan covers:

• Renewal of your .com domain
• Hosting and the security certificate (SSL)
• Small updates such as opening hours, prices, phone number and photos, within reasonable limits
• Bug fixes

We send reminders 30 days and 7 days before the plan ends. If the plan is not renewed, the site stays live for another 14 days and is then suspended. A suspended site is not deleted, and it can be switched back on when the plan is renewed.

You can transfer your domain away at any time free of charge. On request, we hand over your site’s files.

9. Content and copyright

You confirm that you have the right to use every material you give us, including text, logos and photos. Photos and reviews on Google Maps are often posted by other people. Before your site goes live, we replace such photos with photos you own, unless you have permission to use them.

10. Ownership

After full payment, the site’s content and the design made for your business belong to you. The system, code and general templates we use to build sites remain ours. We only show your site as an example of our work with your permission.

11. Footer credit

Your site shows a small line, “Site by Tun Wan Digital”, in the footer. You can ask for it to be removed at any time free of charge.

12. Cancellation and refunds

• Before payment: you can stop at any time without charge.
• After payment: work that has been approved and launched is not refunded. If the site lacks something stated in the package, we fix it, and if we cannot fix it, we refund your payment.
• The yearly plan can be stopped at any time by not renewing it. Unused time is not refunded.

13. Limit of liability

Your site depends on third-party services such as the domain registrar, Google and WhatsApp, which are outside our control. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Work we decline

We may decline or stop work for a business or content that breaks Malaysian law, misleads customers or infringes the rights of others. If work is stopped for this reason after payment, we refund the part of the payment for work not yet completed.

15. Communication and conduct

Projects are handled on WhatsApp so every agreement has a written record. We reply during working hours every day, 9am to 9pm. We may stop a project if a client threatens, insults or harasses our team. In that case, the part of the payment for work not yet completed is refunded.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

17. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Changes do not apply to projects whose draft was approved before the change, except for yearly plan renewals, where we give at least 30 days’ notice. Questions about these terms can be sent on WhatsApp or through the form on the Contact page. Last updated: 12 October 2026.
